Server problem

Was there a server problem about 10 AM Mountain Time on Sunday? I ask because syncing would not complete and we actually got a message, when trying to get some media, that there was a problem.

Sorry about that Bob. I did not get any alerts about being down. I'll be sure to review the logs tomorrow to make sure we were good.

It will be interesting to see what you learn.

I started taking a look and I realized I never asked for your logs. Could you grab the logs from the computer that was affected?
I am seeing that the time you said was our peak load time. That, however, should not result in degraded performance. Your logs will help pinpoint which services specifically Proclaim was having issues connecting to.
Thanks

This may have to wait until Sunday. I work remotely on that computer except for Sundays or other unscheduled days. Today I cannot access it for whatever reason.
I'll post if this changes.

Thanks for the logs! They were helpful. Right around 10:07 I see the request start failing when trying to talk to ProclaimServices. However, further down I see more failed requests to different endpoints.
This points to a network problem with your computer, as these various services are distinct from each other and housed in entirely different geographical locations.
Maybe thats why you were having Remote Desktop trouble too?
How are you connecting to the internet at church? Wifi? Ethernet?

We connect via WiFi. That's the first time we've had that type of trouble with Proclaim during a service.
