Syncing issues?

hi Proclaim,

So we've had this strange issue for a few months now, and I made sure it wasn't a user issue before getting in touch.

On my home laptop and the laptop we use for presentation on Sundays, we have our songs show up with a grey background with our logo in the corner.

However, our Music Coordinators who add the songs on a Friday ... when they do "re use" they can't find a version with the grey background. Can you please help?

    Hello Dave,

    Are they joined to the right presentation group?  Occasionally people make duplicate presentation groups by mistake.

    Are you able to see the presentation with the song slides on https://documents.logos.com  ?  (Change your name to your presentation group after logging in).

    Also, if you are using custom media, there is always the option to use locally on your computer only, and it won't get uploaded to your group for others to use.  

    You can always double-check the synchronization by looking for the "green arrow".
