I have some amazon books I would like to use on Logos, is that possible? I haven't been able to convert them to docx because of security reasons. Any help?

It is possible, but you have to violate Amazon's terms and conditions to do so. In some jurisdictions, it's also against the law.

If you want to do that, you need to download Calibre and configure it to remove Kindle's DRM. You can then use Calibre to convert your Kindle books to .docx

Amazon enabled new DRM recently and as of now it isn't able to be converted even with special tools.  There are work arounds you can find online but they are time consuming.  It is really up to you i guess but as Mark says it violates jurisdictions in some places.  In others you are allowed to make copies for your own personal use.
