LogosNext crashes when trying to access a large notesfile

I've just been working on a notesfile and it has become rather large.

I created a workspace in Logos Next with the notes file on one side of a split screen and a Bible on the other. However when I try to access it the app crashes repeatedly

I wanted to get rid of the workspace but the app always went back to it when starting up and then crashed again.

I tried to force the app to open to the homepage by using the toggle to do so in Settings but that didn't do anything.

Eventually I managed to "break in" to the workspace management screen and delete the workspace and so the app no longer crashes.

I can access the same notes file in the stable release of the app

Couple of questions:

  • Has notes handling changed with the way large notes files are coped with?
  • Why doesn't the Settings toggle do anything?
