Bug reporting confusion

The post that is pinned to the top of this forum says to send in bug reports via email. I sent in 4 this morning, and got 4 emails back, saying to not send in reports via email but on the forums.

It would be good to update the pinned forum post if this the case... and if not, to let customer service know.

Sorry for the confusion. We're trying to figure out the best way to handle bug reports for beta-- as sometimes the build is updated so frequently that some things are already fixed in our internal build by the time it's reported here. 

For issues with beta, posting in this forum is the best way to share bug report. We may reach out to request logs if it's something we haven't seen before.
