Extracting Titles from a Collections

I have created a large number of collections in 3.0. I would like to be able to have a list (in Word or Excel) of the titles of each book/resource in a specific collection.

For example, I have a collection called < Introduction and Background >, which has about 20 resources. How can I copy this list of resources?
