Interested in maybe using Proclaim for our church. But there seems to be a messiness that I can seem to figure out. When we go "on-air," the signals are sent from Proclaim to the people's mobile apps. This is very helpful and ingenious. However, our worship band practices before the service and the only way to use the confidence monitor, notes, etc (as I can tell) is by going "on air." So, as a result, these signals are sent and archived on the Logos Mobile App which becomes a bit messy in people receiving signals early (sometime days) and repeated archives in the Past Presentations section with the same name. Many of the earlier presentations have not yet been finished or polished.
So, the problem:
- Is there a way to go "on air" without sending signals? Or...do I need to remove ALL signals and re-enter them before the service goes "on-air"?
- Is there an "Signal" master switch?
- Is there a way to prevent the "Past Presentation" archive on Logos Mobile App so that there are not multiple, but previous past presentations with the same name would be overwritten and not duplicated?
