Reading plans not opening resources correctly from the homepage with 6.0.5

with version 6.0.5 on my iPad, tapping on a reading plan link often results in being returned to the homepage.

It seems to work correctly if either the associated resource Is not currently open or if it is open and in the last tab to be accessed.

If it is open but not the “current“ tab then I get bounced back to the home page. Tapping the link again works - presumably because the first tap made it the current tab.

Can this be fixed please so that it goes to the currently open resource?
