Bug 7.12 B3 Search Section ignores Field selection

For thread => Questions Jesus Asked tried to search for Interrogative sentences in Words of Christ:

Search results for All Bible Text is the same as Words of Christ for interrogative sentences. Hence created this Bug thread with screen shot from Logos 7.12 Beta 3 on macOS 10.12.6

It's a feature of Search {extensions}, not a bug i.e. the Fields/Highlight selector is not applicable. You will have to use a passage range or a passage list for WOC.

Feature lacks user notification about Fields/Highlight selector being ignored.

Dreaming of Search {extensions} INTERSECTS Fields/Highlight selector: ideally automatic so user enters Search {extensions} and chooses Field/Highlight selector so search results show intersection.

Noticed Help resource as of 21 Nov 2017 lacks your previous reply:

The field (and highlighting) drop-down selector doesn't apply to search extensions, but the UI doesn't indicate that.

When Library is indexing, UI includes pop-up message about Library results may be missing while indexing. When Section is being used in Search with a field (and highlighting) drop-down selector, an option for UI would be a similar message about field and highlighting selector not being used (so results can be more than anticipated).
