Try {Speaker <Person Jesus>} WITHIN {Section <Sentence ~ Interrogative>}
You should be able to get the structure by opening a blank Search window and scrolling down in the examples to the section on "Sentence Types of the New Testament" and clicking on the one about Jesus asking questions. Unfortunately, the example shown is incorrect!

If you have it, the Bible Browser can accomplish many of these queries in a few clicks.

Thanks for all the replies. They were very helpful! But is there a way to account for the questions in the parallel passages? For instance, Matthew 12:3; Mark 2:25; Luke 6:3 are parallel passages where Jesus asked the question about David and his men eating the showbread. In my count, this would be one question Jesus asked instead of three, since it is three versions of the same question. Is Logos able to do that or will I have to sort through the parallels manually?

Fascinating question[:)]
But - as far as I know - Logos is not able to filter in this way so you will need to sort it through for yourself
One of the challenges - apart from the technical ones - of Logos doing this is there are some edge cases where there is debate over whether passages in different Gospels are actually parallels and so Logos taking a view on that could be quite difficult for them.
