I can't seem to get videos to run on the digital signage. I thought it had worked for me before, but now it freezes. Am I missing something?

Hello Jason,
What videos are you trying to run? Custom videos and motion backgrounds that are user uploaded are currently unsupported at the moment, however motion backgrounds from the Media Boards will work.
Some correction. Motion backgrounds currently aren't supported, along with user uploaded videos. Videos from the Media Browser will work however.
