Logos 7 won't fully open on Mac after latest download

I opened Logos this morning, and it downloaded some updated books, and a new version of the Logos application. Logos then re-indexed my library.
However, when I reopened the new Logos application it just stopped before I even got the Logos screen. The only menu at the top of the screen looked like this:
So I followed the instructions on the "Unable to Update or Install (Mac)" link in the Logos support section (https://www.logos.com/support/mac/unable-to-update) which included downloading a new version of the Logos application.
However, when I ran Logos again exactly the same thing happened.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums, Martin.
First, restart your computer. Then try opening Logos from the Applications folder (not the Dock).
If that doesn't work, go to this page and try solution #2: https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash

Glad your problem was solved, but you should report (and look for) issues in the Logos 7 forum if running Logos 7 (I know there is some misdirection on the Mac problem page).

i also had this problem. I downloaded new OS update for mac, tried to open logos, crashed every time, even after i restarted my mac. I did what you said and Logos opened up with no problem, thanks
