I am wondering has anyone had a problem finding their video file that is suppose to be attached to the audio file once you publish to Soundfaith

I think your problem relates to Proclaim, right? In this case it would be best if you raise that in the Proclaim subforum (which is monitored very closely by the Faithlife team for Proclaim, too), since I doubt you'll get answers here in the General forum.
Maybe your thread will be moved there.

Could you provide us a link or e-mail it to proclaimsupport@faithlife.com. If you've published a Proclaim recording, it should have both the audio and video (mp4) formats for download.
