Error Message: Logos 7 has stopped working.
Logos 7 continues to not work properly. Here is a list of everything I've tried.
Windows 10 Pro. All updates have been done. Tech Support indicated that Microsoft Net Framework
needs to be updated. Which has been done. Went into the Control Panel Right Click Logos 7 exe file
and Repair. Which was done. I have tried to reinstall Logos 7 with their current updated Software.
Addition Information:
Tech Support email indicated that Logos 7 need Microsoft Net Framework 4.7 to work. I went to the Logos
Log Files. Clicked on Logos Crash. Logos Crash says Microsoft Net Framework 4.0. When installing the
Microsoft Net Framework for 4.7 the install programs says that I have already installed 4.7.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Brian

If you haven't done this try the Setup file in https://www.logos.com/install

That .NET information is useless because MS disguises all varieties of Framework 4 under 4.0.30319!

Did a Clean Install of Windows 10 Pro. Logos up and running again.

We wouldn't recommend a clean install of the operating system for Logos issues with .NET.
It's likely that the install method I recommended would have done that, especially if it installed version 7.13.
