Citing page numbers from the Lexham Theological Wordbook

Hey guys, does anyone know what to do when trying to cite from the Lexham Theological Wordbook? I cannot seem to identify which page number my quote comes from. So I am not sure what the text reference should look like when using the Harvard Style of referencing.

Kyle, the LTW is not indexed by page (i.e. there are no page numbers to be cited), but by headwords - which is a usual way for dictionaries etc. to be cited. Your style guide should provide either for this, or for the general citation of electronic sources.
