Can you still buy just a library?

A friend is looking to get started in Logos. It used to be that you could buy Logos Now and then a library eg Gold and you had the option to either buy the features or not. 

is it still possible to buy Gold library without buying the features set?

Yes.

There was a post describing that product page change, but I can't find it. I believe the gist was that the library and feature set are now both added to the cart, but the feature set can be deleted if you just want to buy the library.

P.S. Have your friend call Sales to find out if they will give your friend 20% off the library price. If not, another round of discounts will probably take place this spring.

No! A new user will also pay for the Full Feature Set (abt $600).

To get started, I would not go for Gold, though. Starter Library is the only one with the Starter Feature Set ($200), but Why not start with the free Basic Library that includes some essential datasets?

They were not listed separately in the Cart when I wasn't signed in (i.e. a new user). When I signed in at Checkout, it stated that a product (had to be my Feature Set) had been removed because it was already owned! So I'm not sure what happens with a truly new user at Checkout.
