no audio input

hi there,

recently i noticed Proclaim on my church desktop is experiencing no audio input issue.

Video recording is fine however audio input has nothing.

i checked the Windows setting and i used another audio recording software, it was fine.

I also ensure Proclaim is selected the right input source but still no luck.

kindly assist me in any way you can, i also attached the tech log also.

What microphone are you using? Does the test recording in Settings > Audio detect anything?

microphone i'm using is sennheiser xsw 35.

i get the audio source from the sound board aux output which it's working fine because there is audio going through and other programs running on the desktop can detect it too

however Test recording in Proclaim does not detect anything.

And inside of Proclaims settings, Settings > Audio, does it detect your soundboard as an option there?

yes there is...from sound board it goes into Desktop Line In and Proclaim is selected to that only.

one thing i do remember it's during recording, the audio bar shows nothing is coming in

when the Sermon Recording window pops up after we go off air, there appears there is audio coming in but you can not hear it.

the audio window will show there is something however when you try to play back, you can not hear anything.

i actually figured out the issue in the middle of my dream a few nights ago...it was an output connection issue on the sound board.

i confirmed it was the issue this morning and everything is back to normal.
