ACCS of the Early Church Fathers - Commentary Guidance

I would love to learn more about the ACCS "Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture"
Does anyone have experience and advice about this commentary?

I love it! No one was better on the Church Fathers than Thomas Oden, who edited it. Highly recommend. I have both the Fathers of the Church Series and also Schaff's Church Fathers. But I derive the most value from the ACCS.

Same here. My experience is that I have to reserve enough time with it.
I also pre-ordered this, I guess it is a good companion: https://www.logos.com/product/148900/the-church-fathers-collection

It's a very helpful commentary set that doubles as a useful introduction to the Fathers of the Church.

The ACCS is not a technical commentary series. There's more interpretation and application. It's almost "devotional" in character at times.

It will be great to have the four volumes set in Logos. Although I see Wisdom listed as the last I had thought it had been planed as a 5 volume series... although I might be remembering wrong or perhaps things changed.
