Can't insert hyperlink in a Notes file

This is with 7.13 on Windows 10

Normally I insert a hyperlink into a notes document by selecting some text, pressing Ctrl-K and pasting the link into the address box.

But it no longer seems to be working. I can paste the link into the address box but it isn't shown in the notes file.

Is anyone else seeing this?

And I've just restarted Logos and it's working fine now!
