Prompts for iMac login

We have multiple users on our iMac, quite often while using other accounts it asks for administrator login saying "Proclaim wants to make changes" or south.  when I put in the information, it often pops up again.

Is there any way to stop this?  The operators tend to panic when there is something out of the ordinary happening.

    Hey Phil,

Your password on your Mac account might not match the password of your login keychain. You may want to create a new keychain password or update the password.

This article here will walk you through it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201609

I have a similar issue where Proclaim asks for Admin credentials every time it starts up. We are running a non-admin account (which auto signs in) on a 2021 Mac Mini. We expect that Proclaim would only ask for admin credentials when it tries to update. However, it is asking for Admin credentials every time Proclaim starts (about 5 seconds after Proclaim loads). How can we resolve this?

There are no stored credentials in KeyChain related to Proclaim.

My first thought is this might be our auto-updater. We do try to look for updates when you first launch Proclaim.

I'm making a case for us to investigate this scenario more, thanks for the reports
