Conversion to Faithlife - Loss of CP, Prepub

Hi,

After my account was converted from Logos Now to Faithlife Connect, I lost the books I was bidding on in Community Pricing, and also the Pre-pub books I had ordered.

Is this temporary, or do I need to bid again on CP books I was interested in, and order again the Pre-pub books?

This happened to me a few days ago - you haven't actually lost your bids, they just aren't showing them. I *think* it's something to do with being in the faithlife part of the site, as opposed to logos.com. Try going to https://www.logos.com/account/orders/prepubs and see if that helps. I rather suspect you are looking at https://store.faithlife.com/account/prepubs
