Horizontal Chart Tool

I am not sure if this is the right place to inquire about this as I am unsure if this is already a feature.

In the Bible course that I teach we go through the broad structure of each book, dividing up each book into major divisions, sections and segments so that we can follow the books design and the purpose of the author. Since the shifts in the text can often be debated it is very helpful to be able to create a horizontal chart from scratch instead of following a scholar's initial proposal of a books structure. From there it is helpful to compare the rough horizontal with a well agreed upon one.

Is there any tool in Logos that allows you to divide up a book's structure in a horizontal fashion? If there is not I think this would be a very helpful tool to add into future updates/versions. It would be helpful to have the ability to create a horizontal for each book of the Bible, laying it out on a chart instead of a list of titles and verses, as is presented in most encyclopedias and dictionaries.
