Which do you guys think is better for entering your personal journal entries into Logos. PBB or a dedicated Notes file?
I love the pericope notebook PB found here for journaling.
That looks interesting James, but I'm not sure that is what I want to use for this application, but I may use that particular file for other purposes. Good find!
I’d go with a dedicated notes file as I’d want to be able to access it on mobile or the web-app. The latter isn’t currently compatible with your Logos notes but will be eventually. Personal books almost certainly won’t be.
That might not be an issue for you, of course. Even so, editing/adding notes on the fly will be easier if it’s a notes file.
Hi David:
The personal book in the thread below uses a similar concept as the one James referenced (i.e., input box), except it is calendar-based.

I think these are the trade-offs between L7 Notes and Personal Book solutions: The PB journals will be easier to use, but they aren't available on mobile apps, while the Notes do sync to mobile. An additional consideration for the long-term is the new notes format/scheme currently being tested. However, I'm not part of the beta and I haven't used them on the Web App, so I done't have an opinion.to share.
The answer would depend on how you want to access the data afterward: Serial or random.
