Logos will not sync. Red exclamation point with statement "an error occurred in synchronization." I worked through the support article including firewall problems. No success. Welcome! [:)] Do you actually know that something isn't syncing, or is your only indication the warning? If the former, what specifically isn't syncing?
I do not know that anything specific is not syncing. At this point, just the indicator.
I do see that you are significantly out of date on your software. If the "update now" command doesn't update your software, see the link in my signature to manually download and install the newest engine.

It is a command, not a button. At the top of the app window is a white rectangle "command" box. Type Update Now and press enter. If you can't get that to work, use the link in my signature line.

Yes, but it will only update Logos

Update finished, added new resources, indexed library. Sync says it is enabled and everything is up to date. Hopefully that took care of it. Thank you. In the future, how will I know if the program is not updating as it should?
There isnt a good way, but new updates are released every six weeks. You can also check the forums and/or wiki. Normally automatic updates work fine. I think there was a bum build which stalled some users from receiving updates
