I don't know, but I hope that the post after this one will explain.
Sorry, it doesn't explain it.
It is strange but the option to buy a library without a feature set exists in the standard and all the denominational packages except for Verbum. Is this an oversight? Planned? If no one gives you an answer a call to sales would be the route I'd take (although the sales reps might not know either).
If you have Logos Now, that would explain it.
On logos.com, the option to purchase a base package library without a feature set is only presented when users own or have access to the feature set that comes with that base package.

Glenn, I believe you meant to write only "own" rather than "do not own".
Faithlife, I believe that this policy is a mistake on your part. I am a subscriber to Verbum Now. I definitely have access to all of the features I need to make good use of an L7 library... and Logos.com won't even let me choose to upgrade my Verbum library without buying a feature set! (Happily, I can do that on Verbum.com.) As a Verbum Now subscriber, I do not want to buy a Logos Feature Set as part of buying an L7 library. In fact, I will not buy another L7 library unless I regain the ability to buy L7 libraries--as I have done in the past--without buying a feature set. Unless, of course, you want give me the Logos 7 Full Feature Set for free; I would be fine with that.
Thank you for calling out my error, you're correct, I meant "own". That's been corrected in the post above now.
Please note sales can sell libraries a'la carte over the phone. (888) 875-9491
The Logos website needs to be fixed when it lists Verbum libraries.

That is helpful. I may phone in soon to get a couple quotes on Libraries.
