Hey guys, ran into a new problem on Proclaim, which I cannot seem to figure out. Our workflow for two years has been to build a service on a Windows machine and then present the service with a Mac. We have a 4:3 projector, so everything is built in 4:3 in Proclaim. When we play 16:9 videos, they appear letterboxed, which is fine and what we want (until that glorious day when we have an HD projector, lol).
In the last week or two, I noticed that our 16:9 videos were cropped during playback. It doesn't happen on the Windows machine when I test it, only on the Mac, only with 16:9 videos. 4:3 videos playback perfectly.
I thought that perhaps there had been a new smartcropping feature or letterboxing/cropping selection in the settings, but I'm not finding any. And, again, it is only happening on the Mac, only in the last two weeks or so.
I would welcome your help!
