Timelines: Request for better scrolling functionality

When a timeline spans of the screen than is visible the only way I can figure out to scroll is by dragging with the mouse. I would recommend doing either or both of the following: 

1. Adding scrollbars
2. Making the up-down, left-right arrows work to scroll (along with page up and page down)
