Misnumbering of section - Bug or Typo?

In NET Bible, when you go to Genesis 1:1 it is listed as Chapter 2 in the Locator Bar.

Is this a bug or a typo?

    That is a bug.  Confirmed in my NET also:

    Biblical Studies Press. (2006; 2006). The NET Bible First Edition; Bible. English. NET Bible.; The NET Bible. Biblical Studies Press.

    and in :

    Biblical Studies Press. (2005; 2005). The NET Bible First Edition (Noteless); Bible. English. NET Bible (Noteless). Biblical Studies Press.

    This is wrong in LDLS 3, too, so the book needs to be rebuilt. The problem has been reported.
