Does the Logos ios app work with ipad pencil?

No it does not, you can use it like it was a stylus but not for writing and marking or anything like that.
There is also an app called Myscript . It is the best app to use the pencil with logos. https://www.myscript.com/stylus/

For clarification: You mean to say, "Here is an app which you can use independently alongside of Logos," right? The app doesn't seem to allow you to "use the pencil with Logos," but rather, you use the app to take notes alongside.
Oh, and it doesn't appear to be available in the US store. [:s]
Both of my MyScripts aren't in the store. I think it's like shopping at Sams or Costco. Maybe yes, maybe no.
That said, using my battery of 5 active styli (you can't have too many), I rarely use it.
