iPad Sermon Document Out of Sync

Description – I had synced a previous version of my sermon to the iPad. I then went onto the laptop to make some changes, and went back to the iPad and noticed that the copy was out of sync. A few of my sentences were missing, and a few of the old sentences were still there.

The only solution I found to getting the latest version on my iPad was to delete the Logos app and reinstall. I can reproduce this issue pretty easily.

I have sent the logs to the email address. I wonder if this is something to do with delta updates? Maybe a 'resync' or 'delete from device' functionality would be a work around.

Reproduction Steps -

  1. Create a sermon document on the desktop or web app.
  2. Sync the iPad.
  3. Make some more changes.
  4. Sync the iPad.
  5. The synced file is not correct

App Info – Bible (v6.3.1.490)

Device Info – iPad Pro 10.5

iOS Version – (11.3)

I saw something like this on the web app - flagged https://community.logos.com/forums/p/159063/954053.aspx - which was recently shown as fixed.

    Reproduction Steps -

    1. Create a sermon document on the desktop or web app.
    2. Sync the iPad.
    3. Make some more changes.
    4. Sync the iPad.
    5. The synced file is not correct

I've just followed these steps on the desktop and checked on my iPad and everything synced correctly so we'll probably need to get some more details.

One thing to check - after making the update on the desktop does the update appear correctly at documents.logos.com?

I'm running the same version of the app on an iPad Pro but using iOS 11.2.6 (I would be amazed if that makes any difference!)
