Bug: NKJV inserts section headings even when "Include section headings" is unchecked

For Psalms with a superscription, the NKJV inserts section headings even when "Include section headings" is unchecked.

To reproduce:

• Add a Bible slide, and switch to the NKJV.
• Set the format to "Fully formatted", and ensure "Include section headings" is unchecked.
• Add a Psalm with a superscription (e.g. Psalm 3, Psalm 4, Psalm 5, etc.)

Result:

• The Psalm is added with the superscription and the section heading.
• In the case of Psalm 3, the section heading is "The Lord Helps His Troubled People". This should be omitted.

Expected result.

• The Psalm is added only with the superscription, not the section heading.

Version:

• 2.9.0.0002 - Windows.

Hey Mark,

I was able to reproduce this using this version of NKJV. Is this the same version you are using? (attach a screenshot in a reply below) 

I added Bible slide with Psalm 3 and chose fully formatted and made sure 'include section heading' is unchecked. I believe my steps match with yours, but wanted to make sure.
