OS X El Capitan 10.11.6: Error message when uploading second set of PPT Slides

Every week I import two sets of PPT slides into a presentation. The first set imports fine. The second set encounters an error and will not import. In order to import the second set of PPT slides, I have to quit Proclaim, quit Keynote, reopen Proclaim, import PPT. This happens whether or not I "use Keynote up import PowerPoint". 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Proclaim

2. Import PPT presentation 

3. Import second PPT presentation

Running OSX El Capitan 10.11.6
Proclaim version 2.9 (2.9.0.0006), says it's up to date
