The combination of text flush with both margins and a narrow separation between columns makes reading difficult. Is this an editorial error or a limitation of the conversion software? Cut and paste presents the text as one column. Either a vertical bar or an m-space separating columns would be an improvement. Hand editing to distinguish from tables and columnar text in the original is probably needed, eh? Perhaps left adjusted text would work, too.
