I followed the steps on the following training link, but am still having issues so followed the final step in posting a log file.

The exact message is "Failure retrieving SongSelect request token, please try again later."
I am able to both log in to SongSelect from their website, and I have updated (and changed) my computer internet times to solve the problem...still nothing.
