Title pages are missing from this 2009 FaithLife edition.

Archive.org lists ~200 variations of "this Bible". I'd simply like to know which "one" "ones" Verbum used to create its digital version...and, specifically: Too see the missing (for 9 years!) title pages... "Thank you".
