I assume you have been exchanging emails with Logos Customer services about a crash.
Most of us on these forums are fellow Logos users so don't have access to these emails and so don't have any context for the problem you are having.
However, looking at your crash log it has:
Error ID: 4792
Error detail: IOException: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).
System.IO.IOException: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).This looks like a disk hardware problem so I'd recommend using system tools to try and track that down - and please try and ensure you have backups of important files on that disk
