Greetings, I have been using the Proclaim Remote on my Fire HD 8 (7th generation) for about six months, with minimal issues. I use it to advance slides while preaching. Once in a while I would get an "error" message and the slide would jump back a few slides, but it worked most of the time. However, since I downloaded the update a few days ago I can't even open the app. The app starts opening, and then it just goes back to the home screen after 3 seconds. Can you fix this? Thanks!
