Blue Screen issues - possible latest windows 10 updates

We have been getting 'blue screen's' while using proclaim since the 29/4.

I have done a number of things to troubleshoot. Reset Windows, rolled back graphics drivers.

It seems to be occurring when proclaim is running. Namely, I have left the computer on without proclaim open, and left both a CPU and GPU stress test running for most of the day without a crash.

However, proclaim does it within an hour.

I'm not getting crashes on any of my other computers that are running proclaim. So it's possible that it is due to a recent windows 10 update.

Is there any way of pinpointing the issue?

Google news returns some pages reporting bluescreens after the latest April update.

I am sorry to hear about this as the 'Blue Screen' is never fun to deal with : (
Generally speaking, this issue is mostly related to a Windows issue rather then a Proclaim issue.

Have you tested with running another program?

Is there any way of pinpointing the issue

Have you looked at your event viewer on your windows machine? It should track logs errors that your windows machine produced as well as other applications. Do you see a Proclaim.exe in your event viewer at all?

Just to double check that it isn't Proclaim related do you want to send us your log files to proclaimsupport@faithlife.com We can diagnose and see if Proclaim was the cause based on the logs. Feel free to send your event viewer as well or a screenshot of the error message you see on your event viewer as well.

I checked the event log yesterday. It is an Event ID 41 - related to power. We recently purchased a new sound desk, and the computer was put on the same power board as the sound desk and amplifier. I have since changed it over to it's own plug, as well as done a bunch of other potential fixes (i.e., disable hard drive sleep) and the computer has since remained on all night with proclaim running.

So hopefully no further problems.
