So I don't use Proclaim, but I was wondering if the free Proclaim Media that comes out each month can be added to the media in the Media Tool? If so, where would I unzip the files to on my computer?

Certainly. You can unzip the images to your desktop, or any other location. Then, in Logos, you can just hit the upload button and locate wherever you extracted the images to.
