logos 4 c just now in Pennsylvania

the auto update icon just came on in PA - but with an error already # "1946" any ideas what that is, anyone? So far the download is proceeding normally...

Is this the error that you were getting?
If so, this is caused when the Logos 4 shortcut is pinned in the start bar in Windows
7. You will encounter this while updating the Logos 4 after it was pinned. This
is a non Logos 4 impacting error. Please click OK and continue with the update

yes, and just clicking ok took care of it. The install continued and indexing is moving along smoothly. I did unpin the icon as soon as I saw the post that identified the error. It was still downloading the updates, so when it came time to restart, Logos saw the icon was unpinned and apparently that took care of the error. Thanks for your prompt reply!

Actually it does impact. One of your users got an error using the application and had to ask for help. Expect others to get the error too ...

I think she means it doesn't impact the install of Logos 4, i.e., that the install won't fail.
