Bug loading commentaries in Verbum v7.15.0.0027
Ever since the last update, my commentaries (under the list under Passage Guide tab) keep refreshing (disappearing then reappearing). My library has completed indexing and I restarted the program and rebooted my system but this bug persists.
Environment:
- OS: macOS High Sierra v10.13.4 (17E202)
- Verbum: v7.15 SR-1 (7.15.0.0027 w/Verbum Now)
Potential precursor conditions:
This bug only began after the following events (I am not sure which is/are responsible, if any):
- I updated and restarted Verbum to the current version listed under "Environment"
- I purchased and downloaded the Hermeneia Romans commentary and let my library re-index (I've observed a higher frequency of this bug when searching for passages in Romans, although that could just be because I have been researching that the most lately)
Steps to reproduce:
I cannot always reproduce this, but it has occurred multiple times over the past two days.
- Open Verbum
- In the text box that contains the text "Enter passage or topic" (top left, directly to the right of the Verbum logo), enter "Romans 13:4" and click enter
- Under the "Passage Guide" tab on the left, move the mouse over a commentary. The commentaries will intermittently disappear
- If they have not disappeared, clicking the star next to a commentary frequently makes it disappear as well (but intermittently)
Expected result:
I should be able to see a preview of the commentaries (authors, brief summary, etc.) by moving my mouse over them and be able to highlight the star next to them to indicate the commentary was helpful.
Actual result:
Intermittently, the commentary list will disappear when I move my mouse over any of them and/or attempt to click the star. They will reappear shortly thereafter but they will "flicker" on and off a few times when this occurs and I will be unable to preview, select, or star any commentaries while this behavior is occurring.

Does changing number of Commentaries affect bugginess ? (default is 10)
Keep Smiling [:)]

I don't know how to change this. Please elaborate.

Thanks for clarifying. This appears to be set to default for me and does not seem to have any effect on the bug when it manifests.
