Proclaim Bug: Song XX being misinterpreted

When adding songs to the system, we sometimes write Song 1 or Song 2, etc. in the hymn number box. This gets interpreted as a reference to Song of Solomon, and a signal is added to that effect.

The hymn number box should be ignored for signals purposes.

It's consistently reproducible (up to Song 8, as there are only 8 chapters in Song of Songs).

You can see it, for example, with the 2018 Friday am presentation in the EMW Aber Conference group I adminster. Look for Blessed Be Your Name.
