The Roman Missal as a personal book?

Dear all, 

I was wondering if anybody has attempted to "create" a Roman Missal as a personal book in a different language? I have all the text in print and I don't mind doing a little (or in fact, a lot...) of typing, but I was wondering about the more technical part of it, date tags, Scripture references, etc. 

If you have been through this exercise or have some ideas on how to get started, please do let me know!! Many many thanks in advance!
