When I add a Bible slide, the verse numbers look right (superscript). But, when I change to almost any other font, the superscript numbers become full-size numbers. A few fonts do keep the superscript (Lato, CMG). But, most lose it.
Hello Chris Powell,
Certain fonts have limited ability for custom characters and super-scripting at the moment. What fonts did you noticing removing the super-script? We can look into those ones for you.
Open Sans is the one we were trying to use.
Hey Chris,
Thanks for the information. I was able to re-create what you were experiencing.
However, I felt the verse numbers were full size on almost any font I changed it to. This maybe by design, but either way we can check and make sure this is how we want it to display.
I can see how the verse numbers should be smaller text then the actual text itself though. I'll check in with the developers and make sure this is what we want or if this is something we'd like to change.
Try the font "Slabo"
That maybe a font you guys might like using for the time being.
"Slabo" looses the superscript for me too.
Is this what you see? This is how the Superscripts should look like correct?
No. Your "20" is not superscript in the presentation slide. That is not what it should look like.
Did the developers ever look at this? Museo Sans (the default font) superscripts the verse number. That makes me think that Proclaim wants verse numbers superscripted. Most other fonts do NOT superscript the verse numbers. Please fix this.
Hello, Chris -- I will check the status of this for you. I will keep you up to date...
Museo Sans works for me, slightly smaller and bolder than Open Sans. Sorry Chris, I should have re-read your post from yesterday before I posted.
