Has anyone noticed YouTube links that are used in Proclaim come up with "This video is unavailable" a lot more than they used, or is it just something with my load on this machine?

I don't think it has anything to do with your computer. Usually, whenever a video returns "This Video is Unavailable", it is more often than not copyrighted or has some protection on it that is not allowing it to be played through the embedded web browser.
