Greek Audio New Testament not working as advertised
I just purchased the Greek Audio New Testament (https://www.logos.com/product/26968/greek-audio-new-testament) and am using it Logos 7. When I hit Ctrl+R to begin the audio it starts as expected. However the audio player in the upper right corner does not update the verse being read (as the English audio does). For example, when I began playing the audio for Matthew 1, it displayed "Matthew 1:1" while reading the first verse. But when it began to read Matthew 1:2, the audio player continued to display "Matthew 1:1." In fact, it displayed "Matthew 1:1" throughout the entire chapter and only updated to display "Matthew 2:1" when the next chapter's audio began to play (presumably because they audio files contain one chapter each).
I am also not seeing the words highlighted as the voice reads them. The page (liked above) advertises that the user can "follow along as each word is highlighted as it is read—just like karaoke!" but nothing is highlighted other than with the bouncing circle at the beginning of the chapter.
If I can't find a fix I plan on returning this product. Can someone help me?
