I am unable to do anything with my presentation. I'm trying to change the "feeling" to more of a Fall-Like presentation but I'm unable to make any changes. I can't even change Bible verses at this point. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?
Is the program crashing or returning you an error message? Or is it simply just not updating?
Feel free to send us some log files from Proclaim. Inside of the program, go to Help > Save Log Files, and email that folder to me at support@faithlife.com. It'll help us understand fully what's happening.
