IOS App (Current Version) - Removing a highlight

How to remove a highlight in the IOS version?
I mistakenly highlighted a section of text (did it on more than one occasion), and the only way I can remove it is to go to the Logos Desktop, select the highlighted text, and choose "Remove annotation".

tap the highlight and a menu pops up.
