have win10 pc 12g ram - fully updated and latest proclaim update. I am using my laptop PC at an event, not my desktop at the church.
after about 15 minutes, a video that is in the preservice loop (or post or during the service) doesn't play when that slides turn is onair.
the first frame (I think) of the video is displayed and stays on the air for the duration of the video. I have to go off air, and exit proclaim normally then I have to open task manager and find the proclaim task (remember that I already exited Proclaim and it acted like it synchronized and closed) and delete the task before I can start Proclaim again.
The video(s) slides play again, but again after about 15-20 minutes or so, they stop playing. The slides still cycle, but as noted, the video is "stuck" and doesn't actually start playing. help.
