So, I've been on the phone and in chat conversations for 4 hours trying to get my Logos 8 upgrade to work. I downloaded the file after purchase and when I attempted to launch the application, it brings me to a login screen. When I log in to the app, it brings me to "preparing your library." Once there, it acts like its going to do something and then goes away.
Thank you, I believe it might be easier to just e-mail the files requested to the team.

Logos Wiki includes Diagnostic Logging (without diagnostic log files, humanly have no idea about crash cause). One cause for "Preparing Library" to not finish is lack of storage space. Logos Wiki has => Installation and Indexing Questions
But in this thread I see 4 posts from Jeffrey but a post count of 3. Might Jeffery have multiple email addresses?

I removed one e-mail (university .edu) as I don't use it anymore. If that clears things up for everyone.

Curious if using Windows OR Mac ?
